Pastor TJ Hankey was called to be a pastor after graduating from Riverview High School in Sarasota, FL. While serving his local church, he met his beautiful wife Leah. After more than a decade in full-time ministry, he and Leah felt a clear call from God to plant a life giving church. In 2012 with a launch team of 35, The Shore Church was born. Pastor TJ is a gifted teacher and communicator. He has a passion for making God’s work relatable and practical. He has a heart for reaching people right where they're at. He and Leah live in Sarasota with their four children Mckenna, Addison, Cecelia, and Layton.
